Account Manager Description
To Plan and execute Digital initiatives including search, social and online advertising campaigns, as well as collaborating with interactive team on website development to insure SEO optimization. Person will also make recommendations regarding emerging digital and new technologies, and identify strategic partners when needed.
The Digital Marketing Head works closely with partners to the agency’s account teams, creative department and Business Development Team. This individual should be able to educate and inspire account manager, general strategists, creative and Search Team about best practices and emerging trends. Work Closely with Client’s to enhance their Digital Presence.
Define product development road map and handle prioritization of projects. Responsible for the bottom line of the Agency, Process definition, management and compliance. Manage recruitment and competency building for the function.
This job is a full time role in Bangalore.
Eligibility
- MBA with at least 5 years experience in developing and implementing digital marketing programs and at least 2 Years Client Relationship Experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of marketing, direct marketing strategies, media concepts, digital marketing best practices, search, mobile and social.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Dynamic leadership, management and team building skills.
- Ability to organize and execute multiple projects and priorities.
- Sound qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast –paced dynamic environment.
