Job Description
Kindcare Services is looking to expand its current services offering and grow a team that specializes in web technologies. You will be responsible to set up a team for website develpment, SEO/SEM/SMO and software development team to service overseas clients in UK, Us and Canada for a UK based company operating from Andherie West, Mumbai.
Details of the job:
• Responsible for ensuring new policies, projects, deployments and processes are effectively communicated to the business.
• Brief all work allocation to Team in morning, set agenda for the day.
• Manage and review each project task effectively and micro-manage employees in the office (3-10).
• Responsible for day to day service management.
• Proactive in all communications with Gurgaon and Vancouver based teams. Very soon a team will be based in Toronto as well.
• Responsible to manage, train and motivate the entire team for achievement of their respective targets.
• Accountable for staff recruitment, development and retention. Motivate staff, create a work environment that facilitates teamwork and open communication. Ensures optimum utilization of resources.
• Achieve established quality standards, being accountable for benchmarking and pooling ideas and suggesting for process and productivity improvements.
• Create productivity metrics for each and every type of employee and help in improving their productivity.
• All external communication with Freelancers or third party suppliers will be through the Manager.
• Provide one mail solutions. (No repeat mails for same issue and proactively should dig into it to get as much information as required from whatever limited information is provided).
• Producing regular audits of the performance of the website making recommendations using your SEO/SEM/SMO skills / Knowledge to grow traffic on the site
• Produce ideas for new initiatives based on your keyword research data with an estimation of the likely impact to enable prioritisation of the work
• Working closelykey stakeholders in the company to support projects and make sure their delivery is “SEO friendly”
• Producing detailed SEO/SEM/SMO reports on a monthly basis detailing the impacts made by your work.
• Maintain a record of all SEO/SEM/SMO implementations made on the site
• You will be expected to stay upto date in new developments in SEO/SEM/SMO and actively researching, testing and proposing new approaches to improving search engine rankings.
• You will be expected to stay upto date in new developments in Web Development, Mobile Development and Enterprise Software Applications and actively researching, testing and proposing new technologies.
