    Job Description

    - Achieve revenue growth at E-learning and Online Tutoring website
    - Mix of day work and night work. Work during day with management in planning sales strategies. Work at night (during USA day hours) in implementing sales strategies. Flexible hours (including possibile option of sometimes working from home via internet).
    - Pursue educational institutions in USA and other potential clients.
    - Work out and implement plan to pursue those students who have made website accounts but not yet taken online tutoring
    - Analyze visitor info and traffic at website and group by various data. Make and implement plans for pursuing various groups. Implement plan for following up with and getting feedback from visitors and converting visitors to become paying members
    - Train staff for sales-related tasks and monitor their performance
    - Internet research, prospect identification and lead generation, including researching opportunities to partner with international education-related business for mutual benefit
    - Interaction with overseas individuals and companies over e-mail, chat, phone etc.
    - Identify and analyze the latest market and internet trends and implement new programs and strategies based on such analysis

    Desired Candidate Profile

    -Delhi/NCR Only
    - No freshers, prior sales/marketing experience a must
    - Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills.
    - Good knowledge of Websites & Internet Marketing.
    - Sound knowledge of Internet Technology
    - Hands on experience on Project planning and Execution.
    - Enthusiastic & Self Driven and able to work full time without much supervision
    - E-learning and dotcom industry experience a plus
